Some reporters, like Mother Jones magazine's Washington Bureau Chief David Corn—recently questioned by MSNBC’s Chris Matthews—claim that a Hawaiian Certificate of Live Birth similar to the one illustrated above is sufficient to obtain a U. S. passport.
Nothing seems further from the truth.
“Getting a US Passport is serious business and you must be sure you can prove you are an American,” reports PassportsUSA.com. “These days anyone from anywhere can be or claim to be an American. At one time just your presence in the country was nearly proof enough. Today you MUST have your papers in order because without them you could be deported. Even if you were born and have lived in America all your life without the proper papers deportation is possible.
“Your birth certificate should have the following elements in order to get your US Passport. If your birth certificate is missing any one of these elements you could have real problems. I will list all the elements in the order of importance.
- Birth certificate should show a doctor’s signature, a midwife’s signature, the parent’s signature or the signature of a witness who was present at your birth.
The name of the hospital you were born at or taken to after your birth at home, in the car or where ever you happened to be born but later seen by a doctor at a hospital.
A raised registrar’s embossed, impressed or multicolored seal. Some older birth certificates may not have all of these elements on certificates from the 1970′s or earlier.
The paper itself should have a print pattern or emboss style that is sometimes raised, again on some older certificates this may not be present,” adds this authority that goes into more detail on its Web page.
Perhaps, for these reasons and those revealed behind the picture link above, the conservative Republican Presidential Candidate Andy Martin says Obama owes Americans “full documentation” of his college records and original, typewritten birth certificate before Obama attempts to run for reelection.
“Obama, you can run but you can’t hide,” warned Eowyn on
Fellowship of the Minds. “Due to the unconscionable failure of Congress, state governments, and the Democrat Party, you got away with not providing documentary proof of your constitutional eligibility to be President of the United State of America in 2008. But you will not in 2012!”
“Republican legislatures in four states — Texas, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Arizona — have or plan to introduce bills that would require all candidates for president or vice president of the United States to show his or her birth certificate to be on the state ballot.”
“State GOP leaders grab issue of Obama eligibility—Republican lawmakers, governors poised to demand documentation” was the title of
an article by Bob Unruh in
WorldNetDaily on November 18, 2010.
“The GOP members of Congress who booted Democrat Rep. Nancy Pelosi from the speaker’s seat when they took the majority in the U.S. House this month may be the least of President Barack Obama’s concerns as the 2012 presidential campaign assembles.”
“That’s because in Pennsylvania, and in at least a couple of other states, there are Republican-controlled Houses, Senates and governors’ offices where being developed right now are plans to use state law to demand proof of constitutional eligibility from presidential candidates before they would be allowed on the state ballot.”
“From Pennsylvania, Georgia and Texas there already is confirmation of such plans. Arizona is likely to have the same plan, and other states are expected to be in the works as legislatures approach the dates when they will convene.”
“Montana state Rep. Bob Wagner is proposing legislation that would require candidates for president to document their constitutional eligibility in his state, but his plan would take the controversy one step beyond other state proposals,” reported WND’s Bob Unruh in
an updated article on January 11, 2011. “His outline would set in state law protections for the taxpayers of Montana to prevent them from being billed for ‘unnecessary expense and litigation’ involving the failure of ‘federal election officials’ to do their duty.”
Despite ever growing political progress like this and a nationwide billboard campaign to force Obama to release his long-form birth certificate if he wishes to run for a second term, “I’m a very reluctant candidate,” Andy Martin pointed out in his
recent interview with Peter Boyles. “I’m not looking forward to traveling around the country and being attacked by the leftwing attack community, but I’m committed to the truth. I’m going to run as a Republican. I’m going to be in the presidential primaries, and voters are going to have a chance to vote whether they really believe Obama’s fairy tales about who he is—or whether they want the truth and the whole truth to be investigated and put before the public.”

Furthermore, the “King of Birthers” (Constitutionalists) will promote “Creative Conservatism” in the Republican Party’s presidential campaign so all of America’s working families can unite and “Stand Up to Wall Street.”
“I'm going to have a tremendous impact on the presidential election, not because I'm the frontrunner. Clearly I'm not,” he said.
“But I'll be driving the agenda in the Republican Party”—a past disappointment to Tea Party protesters of Republican as well as Democrat persuasions.
The so-called “birther” movement already had a serious impact in the political landscape in the 2010 elections, Martin said, because “when you doubt the legitimacy of the leader, it undermines the Democratic Party.”
In response to a caller’s question on his position on ObamaCare (in
his interview with “Bulldog” Brian Tilton on WTPL in Concord, New Hampshire on December 29th) Andy pointed out, “Oh, I stand against it. I think they ought to repeal it.”
With respect to the same question—before having to run over to the State House to hold a press conference at the Legislative Office Building—he went on to point out:
“I’m not happy with either party. The Republicans had eight years to do the job, they didn’t do it, and now Obama came in and made a mess of it; so first we’re going to have to mop the floors of ObamaCare, and then I’d like to see the Republicans come back and do a really good job simplifying it.
He added, “To me, the touchstone of a Martin presidency would be: ‘Does it work?’”
With reference to the recent Obama birth-certificate disclosure news out of Hawaii, Brian asked Andy in his interview on WTPL, “Since Governor Abercrombie is looking for legal advice on how to put out the birth certificate or quote or unquote ‘more information’ as you said, can you offer him any?”
“Absolutely, all you do is sign an executive order and say he is the President of the United States, it’s a historical archive, and I’m making an executive decision that any information in the archives of the State of Hawaii shall hereby and I hereby order it to be made public forthwith on payment of a reasonable fee for copying. That’s it!”
Martin then added, “It’s a historical record of the President of the United States. He’s there, in the White House, he’s 44 as they call him at The Washington Post. So pretending that he is a private citizen with the same privacy rights as our callers on the radio, our people at the supermarket downtown, or some at Walmart, no, he doesn’t have those same rights. He’s got to tell us the truth.”
“President Obama, today turn a new leaf,” Martin demanded. “Tell us the truth. Andy Martin is coming for you in the primaries. You had better be ready for a cat fight. All I want you to do is tell the truth!”
“I’m not afraid to tackle this guy, and I now have what you might call an outstanding track record of bringing the truth to the people,” he pointed out in
a Post & Email interview on December 27, 2010.
Speaking further in his interview with Mrs. Rondeau, on the attacks made on him by Obama and his mainstream media minions two years ago, Andy also pointed out, “They love to attack me, but they are afraid of the fact that I’m an honest man. The one thing politics and politicians can’t stand is an honest man, because they’re all a bunch of liars on both sides.”
Andy Martin is the first candidate to officially announce he is running for President of the United States, as a Republican.
He is the author of the bestseller Obama: The Man Behind The Mask, and he has Granite state family ties that make him New Hampshire’s “Favorite Son” candidate in the presidential primary. This Internet powerhouse’s mother, a graduate of the University of New Hampshire, was born in Manchester; and Andy spent summers at Hampton Beach as a child.
His status with the voters in New Hampshire and relentless attempts to remove the mask from Obama have fully armed his bunker buster “Andy Martin for President” announcement. The bombshell is sending shock waves throughout the media around the world and blowing the minds of nervous advisors in the White House.
