Barack Obama's birthplace issue has recently surfaced again. When asked about the American Tea Party (in an NBC interview at the White House on Monday, March 29, 2010 and broadcast the next day on the “Today” show), Mr. Barack Hussein Obama (AKA Barry Soetoro), commenting on this grass roots movement and its core group, pointed out:

“I think that it is a still loose amalgam of forces. There is a part of the Tea Party movement that actually did exist before I was elected. We saw some of it leading up to my election. There are some folks who just weren’t sure whether I was born in the United States. . .”

If so, why didn’t he then (or even now) just simply produce a valid copy of his birth certificate to help discredit and dissolve “that core group”—to use Barack’s own words?

Alan Keyes, the candidate who ran against him in the Illinois Senate race, has little doubt that Obama is not a natural born citizen—a requirement to hold the office of United States President. In fact, John Charlton reported in The Post & Email that during a campaign debate, Obama responded to Keyes’ charge, “You are not even a Natural born citizen” with, “That’s Okay, I am not running for the president, I am only running for the Senate.”

Nevertheless, the Obama Trojan Horse Virus is now sitting in the Oval Office and ironically has spent nearly $2,000,000 of taxpayers’ money for lawyers to keep his birth records hidden from the numerous challenges to his legitimacy in our courts.

The English word "virus" is derived from the Greek word ios, meaning poison, venom that contains unseen infective agents extremely fatal to mankind in general, and voters in particular.

The ancient "Trojan Horse" was an impostor, a large wooden horse, concealing a deceptive military virus that released terror and tragedy into ancient Troy.

"The Obama Trojan Horse Virus" is a modern version of the ancient wooden horse that was created by the Spartans and Greek princes to defeat and destroy the Trojans. The American variety, however, is a human creature designed by the likes of George Soros and other wealthy speculators to deceive and destroy America with his unpopular legislation and dictatorial control instead.

On April 7, 2010, Mark Levin said, “Barack Obama is the closest thing to a dictator we’ve ever had in my lifetime, and I mean it. I mean he thinks like one, and he acts like one, and he is cocky like one. He doesn’t believe in the limits of his office. He believes that his agenda is limitless, and he lies, all the time.”

Remember, Obama rules the United States like a dictator, lies all the time, and was apparently born in Kenya. Hitler ruled Germany as a dictator, lied all the time, and was born in Austria. Our Constitution's founding fathers realized the danger of allowing a foreign-born creature to rule the United States. So they explicitly required that our president be a “natural born citizen!” Yet, to this day, our Congress, judiciary, Electoral College, nor our military have required him to prove he is qualified under our Constitution to be sitting in the Oval Office as President and Commander-in-Chief. Yet, Congress did hold hearings on whether Senator McCain was qualified to become President. To say the least, their lack of action in regards to questioning Obama about his qualifications is absurd and perhaps the greatest injustice ever heaped onto the American people! Do you smell a complete nest of dirty rats—purporting to represent us? Shame on Congress!

George Soros, a very young Hungarian Jew, was a Nazi collaborator who posed as a Christian and thereby escaped Hitler's Holocaust. Thereby, he apparently acquired an infatuation with Hitler's Nazis and an early start in building up his art of deception—to be used in creating Barack Obama and hiding his true history by suppressing the publication of valid copies of most of his purported records and credentials like his

WND (WorldNetDaily) recently announced that The Western Center for Journalism reported: “Neil Sankey, a former British policeman who’s now a licensed private investigator in Los Angeles, initiated a preliminary background investigation of Barack Obama and uncovered 49 addresses and 16 different Social Security numbers. Forty-nine different addresses? Sixteen different Social Security numbers? That’s beyond bizarre!”—but that’s not all.

Below is a copy of a forged document posted on the Internet on Obama's Web site before his election that was supposed to represent a certified copy of his original birth certificate. This “certification of live birth” was widely touted as “Obama’s birth certificate,” but it does not in any way prove he was born in Hawaii, since the same “short-form” document is easily obtainable for children not born in Hawaii. The true “long-form” birth certificate, which includes information such as the name of the birth hospital and attending physician, is the only document that can prove Obama was born in Hawaii—but to date he has not permitted its release for public or press scrutiny. Furthermore, even if the release was permitted, nothing guarantees that it would be legitimate—that Obama's records had not been fixed.

Below Obama's Internet forgery above is an unaltered, certified copy of my birth certificate. You can readily note the difference between mine and Obama's supposed Certification of Live Birth—in such details as the amazingly matched form and entry fonts (both modern), blacked out certificate number, missing official seal, missing clerk's signature, missing name of the attending physician, missing record and page numbers of the original registraton, etc. on the obama forgery. It is noteworthy to point out that the name of a hospital is not necessary on a birth certificate since many people are born elsewhere. In my case, a Consolidation Coal Company doctor delivered me in our home in Monongah, West Virginia. Also, a doctor's name is not always necessary on a birth certificate since a midwife might have delivered the child.

Nevertheless, a detailed forensic analysis completed July 20, 2008 reveals innumerable inconsistencies with official State of Hawaii COLBs—before and after Barack Hussein Obama was allegedly delivered. “This image is a horrible forgery,” concluded the anonymous but well-qualified forensic fraud investigator who performed the analysis—according to Don Nicoloff, in a September 2008 part of a long article in The Idaho Observer. Much more—extremely interesting—information can be gained by a serious researcher on this issue and other questions about the legitimacy of Barack Hussein Muhammad Obama by taking the time to read all the parts of "The Three Stooges go to Washington" article. One can find and read its various parts by just searching that title on the Web.

On April 1, 2009, the Associated Press in Washington D.C. reported that in a move certain to fuel the debate over Obama’s qualifications for the presidency, the group “Americans for Freedom of Information” released copies of President Obama’s college transcripts from Occidental College. “The transcript indicated that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as an undergraduate at the school.

The transcript was released by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California. The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program. To qualify, for the scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship. This document would seem to provide the smoking gun that many of Obama’s detractors have been seeking. The news has created a firestorm at the White House as the release casts increasing doubt about Obama’s legitimacy and qualification to serve as president.”

(A copy of the transcript was reported to have been quickly removed from the Internet—but not without first catching a lot of attention. Apparently our courts still need time to review and delay. Interesting! The transcript, however, may have just been released without Obama’s knowledge and then quickly retracted after his White House cronies found out.)

The question that naturally comes to mind now is that if AP reports such developments in the ever-growing question of Obama’s eligibility to serve as a U. S. President, then why don’t reporters and commentators on the major alphabet news networks, like ABC, CBS, FOX, etc.—with the exception of CNN’s Lou Dobbs—discuss the Obama birth certificate issue to any appreciable degree?

In her article Who is Behind Quashing the Birth Certificate Issue, Joan Swirsky, whose picture is posted and article is again quoted below, tells us that

“In an explosive interview by Dr. Laurie Roth on her syndicated West Coast radio show on August 7^th [2009], Douglas Hagmann—a respected journalist, director of the Northeast Intelligence Network and longtime private investigator, and Judi McLeod, a prolific journalist and the managing editor of Canada Free Press—the reason for the media blackout about the birth-certificate issue was nothing less than organized Mafia-like dire threats to members of the media issued not only from the heads of major TV and radio stations but also from Federal Communication Commission officials!

According to Hagmann and McLeod, who conducted a nine-month investigation and documented their findings scrupulously, after Obama was elected but before he was inaugurated:

A major TV talk-show host reported that he was ordered not to raise the birth certificate issue or risk losing his job.
FCC officials threatened to yank broadcasting licenses, break up conglomerates, and make the enactment of the Fairness Doctrine “look mild” in comparison to other consequences.
In at least one corporate TV headquarters, memos were circulated to all on-air employees not to mention the birth certificate issue, as well as other specific subjects like Obama’s Illinois lawyer’s license, his college records, etc., under both implied and explicit threats.”

No doubt, this information and other creditable reports have finally caught the attention of some of our lawmakers. Bob Unruh of WorldNetDaily reported that

“Lawmakers in Arizona have proposed a law that would require state officials to begin independently verifying the accuracy of newly required documents affirming the constitutional eligibility of any candidate for the U.S. presidency.

“’Certainly, there has been controversy over President Obama and his birth certificate, where he was born, etc.,’ state Sen. Sylvia Allen, R-Snowflake, told the Arizona Capitol Times. ‘It just makes sense and will stop any controversy in the future to just show you are a natural born citizen.’

“She is one of about three dozen lawmakers to sign on as co-sponsors.

“The plan would accomplish essentially the same thing as that proposed by Rep. Bill Posey, R-Fla., on the federal level.

“The provisions of Posey's H.R. 1503 are straightforward:

‘To amend the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to require the principal campaign committee of a candidate for election to the office of President to include with the committee's statement of organization a copy of the candidate's birth certificate, together with such other documentation as may be necessary to establish that the candidate meets the qualifications for eligibility to the Office of President under the Constitution.’

“The bill also provides:

‘Congress finds that under … the Constitution of the United States, in order to be eligible to serve as President, an individual must be a natural born citizen of the United States who has attained the age of 35 years and has been a resident within the United States for at least 14 years.’

“The sponsors' goal is to have the bill become effective for the 2012 presidential election. The legislation now is pending in a House committee and has more than a dozen co-sponsors.”

Needless to say, this legislation is quite belated—like closing the barn door after the horse has already escaped a long time ago—but is a step in the right direction to correct a serious and perhaps intentional oversight. This overdue action may even inspire our Congressmen to go a step further—and demand Obama's official birth credentials to allow his apparent past in Kenya finally to catch up with him.

A taped telephone conversation exists in which his Kenyan step-grandmother purportedly claims he was born in the coastal city of Mombasa, Kenya. Philip J. Berg, a former Pennsylvania deputy attorney general, included a transcript of the tape and sworn affidavits in a filing with the U.S. Supreme Court. after lower courts dismissed as frivolous his Aug. 21, 2008, complaint alleging Obama was born in Mombasa.

The sign above seems to support the allegation, but according to WND, it's probably a victim of Photoshop.

Nevertheless, millions of patriotic Americans still share my concerns about the legitimacy of the Obama presidency and continue to make the validity of his so-called “birth certificate” an ongoing issue that continues to grow and won't ever go away—unless Obama comes clean! And even George Noory, on his syndicated Coast to Coast radio talk show (over 500 stations) pointed out to a caller that if he were to debate Obama, he would first bring his birth certificate to the debate and ask Obama to do likewise; so here's another famous personality who seems to have joined those seeking the truth (truthers).

But for now, some powerful figure with a lot of money seems to be keeping the details of Obama's real birth certificate well hidden. Again, in her August 25^th, 2009 article in Canada Free Press, titled Who is Behind Quashing the Birth Certificate Issue? Joan Swirsky pointed out:

Richard Poe, award-winning journalist and New York Times-best selling author, has written extensively on Soros and makes a good case that the Hungarian-born Jew and self-admitted Nazi collaborator is the primary brains and money behind Obama—and, I believe, his healthcare travesty. When President Bush was in office, Poe wrote that Soros talked openly of a “regime change” in the United States.

“What about our country offends Soros so deeply,” Poe asked, “that he would tell the BBC—during a time of war—that he means to use all of his power to `puncture the bubble of American supremacy’? Poe explained that Soros’s Open Society Foundation, founded in 1984, “has spent millions promoting a radical agenda that includes abortion, feminism, gun control, abolition of capital punishment, voting rights for felons, drug legalization, euthanasia and gay marriage rights…the Soros cult preaches secularism, the godless faith of a world without nations, families, loyalty or tradition, a world in which the very words `mother,’ `father,’ `husband,’ `wife,’ `son’ and `daughter’ will be bleached of meaning forever.”

Soros, Poe continued, “is one of the world’s leading promoters of euthanasia, or `mercy killing.’ Not only does he advocate `physician-assisted suicide’ for patients who choose death voluntarily, he also lobbies for the right of family members or court-appointed guardians to authorize the killing of patients whose wishes are not known.” Sounds a lot like the Death Panels Sarah Palin warned about, doesn’t it? Soros also founded the Project on Death in America [which] promotes suicide and euthanasia and urges doctors to warehouse terminally ill patients in hospices and give them `palliative’ care ...rather than wasting time, energy and money actually trying to cure them.”

Of course, all of these beliefs are eerily echoed in Obama’s healthcare legislation, almost as if Soros had dictated the terms. Maybe he did! Maybe that was the price he exacted for financing a large part of Obama’s presidential campaign and facilitating the cover-up of Obama’s birth certificate and other documents. And maybe that’s why Obama is still paying Soros back by recently announcing that he will invest $2 billion (or more) in drilling for oil off the shores of Brazil, where none other than George Soros owns $5.8 million of the Brazilian oil company’s U.S.-traded preferred shares of stock!

Nevertheless, the ancient Trojan horse comes into play in the ancient account of the Siege of Troy, a subject of Homer’s Illiad—the ruins and its golden Priam treasures of which were discovered by Heinrich Schliemann in the nineteenth century. Venus had promised Paris, son of Priam, King of Troy, that if he would pronounce her the most beautiful of the goddesses, he should have for his wife the most beautiful woman of his time, Helen, wife of Menelaux, King of Sparta. Paris accepted the gift and then going to Sparta carried off Helen to Troy. Menelaux, smarting under this wrong, appealed to the Grecian princes for help. They assembled under his brother Agamemnon, King of Mycenae. A hundred thousand men sailed away in eleven hundred and eighty-six ships across the Aegean and besieged Troy.

After a siege of ten years, Troy was finally taken by stratagem. The Greeks feigned to retreat in their ships from the siege, having left behind them a great wooden horse, an offering to the goddess Athena, leaving the appearance that the giant was too bulky to take with them—or for the Trojans to drag into their city, which should have been fatal to the Grecian cause.

Athena (Latin Minerva) was the Greek goddess of wisdom and war. She was the virgin patron of Athens, which built the Parthenon to worship her. However, as the goddess of war, her field of expertise was not violence, which was the domain of Ares, the god of war. She was the goddess of the more disciplined aspect of war, such as the carefully worked out plans for the wooden horse that defeated Troy—and those generated by Soros for Obama to defeat America.

Nevertheless, the deceived inhabitants of Troy fell into the snare, and eagerly dragged the unwieldy monster within their walls. That night a body of men concealed in the horse crept out, threw open the gates, and admitted in the Grecians, who had quietly returned. Few Trojans escaped the terrible massacre that ensued.

Just like the Trojans fell into the Grecian snare, Americans have fallen now into Obama’s snare, and probably elected the first usurper to the United States presidency.

And if we are not active and vigilant, a tragedy of a much greater magnitude may soon ensue—

by Americans being plagued with the likes of Obama Care,

Cap and Trade,

Illegal Immigrant Amnesty,

our government's trillion-dollar bailout that steals the prosperity of our children,

and numerous other quite unpopular proposals set forth by our corrupt Democrat and Republican congress—

and by a president who is believed to be foreign born by most informed and some very important Americans.

Obama's birth credentials are being relentlessly challenged by Republicans and even by lifelong, hard-core, dedicated Democrats. Philip J. Berg, a Pennsylvania Assistant Attorney General—mentioned above in regards to his filing with the U.S. Supreme Court—is just one outstanding example of the latter.

Even nice little old ladies attending Tea Parties in small American cities like Parkersburg, West Virginia are asking questions.

But why and what evidence do we have that the King of ObamaCare is a usurper?

The answer for why lies in our Constitution (largely ignored by pseudo-enlightened judges in our courts), but the evidence for Obama being the first American presidential usurper is slowly coming to light by the efforts of some patriotic American writers.

As far as our Constitution's requirement to be eligible to hold the office of President of the United States goes—and the ongoing, highly suspicious nature of Obama's refusal to provide documents to establish his eligibility—perhaps P. Patriot sums it up best in the following excerpt from a January 5, 2010 article in The Post & Email.

The story covered the official challenge Nathan Deal, U.S. Representative for Georgia, has made in sending on December 1, 2009 an electronic letter to Barack Hussein Obama—requesting him to prove his eligibility for holding the office of President of the United States of America. Therein Patriot asks:

"Now, what does this mean? This is probably the first time in 233 years of American history that a sitting member of the House of Representatives has officially challenged the legitimacy of a sitting president….one full year into his term.

"This forever changes the public discourse.

"Even if the putative president ignores the challenge, he cannot hide from it, because by doing so he admits his guilt through silence. The question has to be asked near and far, why would a president who has promised greater transparency than any previous administration pay upwards of $2,000,000 of taxpayer money to hide documents that could resolve the matter once and for all time for the cost of $20.00. He has publicly admitted on more than one occasion that his father was NOT an American citizen. This alone disqualifies him from eligibility based on Article 2, Section 1, Paragraph 5 of the Constitution, and consequently makes him a usurper. (cf. the 4 Supreme Court cases which define what a “natural born citizen” is.)

"Representative Deal, understanding full well the magnitude and gravity of the situation and recognizing that it places our country in a national security crisis, has rightfully confronted the issue head-on. The ramifications are so serious that all laws signed by a putative president are null and void, and soldiers sent into war under his command can be tried as war criminals.

"Representative Deal is not a “Birther”; rather, he is a “Truther”; one of the millions of others who have been seeking irrefutable proof for over a year and a half!

In a recent interview on Rusty Humphries' radio show, even Sarah Palin expressed her concerns about the implications of the Obama presidential legitimacy by saying: "I think the public rightfully is still making it an issue. I don't have a problem with that. I don't know if I would have to bother to make it an issue [if I ran for election] because I think that members of the electorate still want answers . . . I think it's a fair question. She went on to add, " "I think our campaign, the McCain-Palin campaign, didn't do a good enough job in that area."

That's an understatement, but the reference to the issue above in the Deal story to being tried “as a war criminals” is of grave concern to every American soldier serving now—whether active or hospitalized.

Several of our fighting men and women have been brave enough and able to stand up and challenge the legitimacy of their Muslim Commander-in-Chief,

Barack Hussein Obama—whose three photographs above this Colorado billboard aptly demonstrate where his allegiance lies.

One good example, in particular, is that of Major Stefan F. Cook, whose orders, published on June 9, 2009, to deploy to Afghanistan were rescinded by Trojan-Horse Obama when this decorated officer challenged his authority to issue them, but his case was later judged as “frivolous” and “without merit”—and thrown out of court.

The Aug. 6th order by U.S. District Judge Richard A. Lazzara came less than two hours after motions were filed by Maj. Stefan Cook, who was just seeking a firm determination whether the Commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces is a "natural born citizen," a requirement according to the United States Constitution for those holding the presidency.

"There was no reasoning, no nothing," said Maj. Cook, who noted previous legal decisions in his case included three or four pages of legal explanations.

"It's ridiculous. They're not even saying why it's frivolous and without merit. You can say that to anything with no justification or reason. That's crap. So much for jurisprudence in this country."

Responding in August of 2009 to Judge Lazzara's ruling, Dr. Orly Taitz, Major Cook's attorney, challenged anyone to:

"Please see that you can’t click and you can’t open judge Lazzara’s orders #10 and #11. These were orders in response to my motion to recuse judge Lazzara as being biased to Major Cook and motion to alter judgment and to rehear the case. He denied the motions but sealed his actual orders, that are supposed to provide legal basis and justification for his orders. Major Cook couldn’t get them and they were not sent to my office and they are being sealed and hidden from the public. How can I appeal his order, if I don’t know the basis, the reasoning for it. This is exactly the behavior that I saw in the totalitarian communist Soviet Union. I am sure that is what attorneys saw in Nazi Germany. This is total lawlessness. If citizens of this country don’t rise immediately and protest this behavior of judges, this total trampling on the constitutional rights and freedoms of the citizens, they will do anything and everything with you and to you."

Judge Lazzar's ominous ruling is only one example of how the Obama Trojan-Horse Virus has infected the American judicial system that is beginning to mimic that of the Nazi Third Reich.

However, this is hardly the only recent challenge to the legitimacy of the Unitied States' Muslim Commander-in-Chief by a conscientious military officer.

On June 10, 2009, I released a column titled “Is Obama Guilty of Treason?‚”- That column details the criminal charges of “treason‚” filed against President Barack Hussein Obama, by Retired Naval Commander Walter Fitzpatrick III in March of 2009. [1]

Commander Fitzpatrick is a retired career Naval Officer who has served his country with great honor and distinction and continues to today. An Eagle Scout of 40 years, the son of Captain Fitzpatrick - Naval Medical Officer, a graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas and Villanova Preparatory School in California…—“Walter enlisted in the Navy in 1969 directly after graduating Villanova. After boot camp at Great Lakes Naval Training Center, Walter attended the Naval Academy Preparatory School in Bainbridge, MD. After one year he entered the U.S. Naval Academy. He graduated with the Class of 1975 with top military honors.‚”—From Commander Fitzpatrick’s Official Bio.

Stand Commander Fitzpatrick’s resumé next to that of Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi or Harry Reid, or most any other American for that matter, and tell me who you trust to tell the truth? We all know the motives of politicians, money and power. But what does Commander Fitzpatrick stand to gain from his recent actions?

In my last column I point out the simple fact that one of two things is definitely true… Either Mr. Obama is indeed guilty of “treason‚” as the Commander has charged; (or) the good Commander is guilty of mutiny solely on the basis of accusing a sitting Commander-in-Chief with the high crime of “treason.”

However, in order to be guilty of mutiny, Commander Fitzpatrick’s charges would have to be proven false. In order to be proven false, Obama’s secret files would have to be opened up for discovery, which explains why Obama has not charged the Commander with mutiny. Any defensive legal action on Obama’s part will result in “discovery‚” of the events and facts involved, and that is the last thing Obama wants at this point.

So instead of a legal defense, every effort will be made to defeat Commander Fitzpatrick in the court of public opinion, by attacking his character, a standard operating procedure of the left. Unlike a court of law, in the court of public opinion, judgments are made on the basis of the most “popular‚” propaganda, without any regard for truth or facts.

EXAMPLE: - Following the lead of his leftist friends at the alphabet networks, FOX News anchor Shepard Smith recently looked to capitalize on the alleged white supremacist [James von Brunn] shooting of a security guard at the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum by using a “guilt by association‚” attack on anyone trying to uphold the US Constitution, specifically Article II—Section I.

Two American soldiers were gunned down in Little Rock by an American born and recruited Muslim Jihadist, and the press including Smith, couldn’t care less. No member of the press used the incident to incite anger towards or fear of American Jihadists.

But one nutty old anti-Semitic crackpot shoots a security guard out of pure hate towards Jews and Christians alike, and Shep Smith chose to paint every American constitutionalist a James von Brunn, stating—“these kinds of crazed conspiracies whether they’re about the president, or we’re hearing things like FEMA setting up camps to round up Americans and put them in. I’m getting bad sort of deja-vu from the 1990s when anti-government militias were on the rise, when Tim McVeigh committed that [bombing] in Oklahoma City and I really am hoping that we’re not going through a repeat of that.”

By “these kinds of crazies,” Smith was not referring to von Brunn, but rather to “Americans challenging the eligibility of Barack Obama to hold the office of president,” which he boldly labels “crazies,” stating unequivocally that “there is no truth whatsoever to the suggestion Obama is not a “natural born citizen.”

As if a well-known forgone conclusion to in-depth investigative efforts which have never taken place, Lord Shep casually proclaimed Obama’s constitutional eligibility a dead issue, completely ignoring all related facts and millions of Americans deeply concerned with what is happening to their beloved Constitution, not to mention their Representative Republic.

Despite Shepard Smith’s baseless proclamation, there are some very disturbing facts on the subject as well as some very interesting evidence to suggest that Smith might actually be the one who is “crazy!”

What do we know for Certain?

We know that Article II—Section I of the US Constitution was very important to liberals when they challenged John McCain’s eligibility for POTUS on the basis that he was born in Panama, albeit on a US Naval base in Panama, to a well regarded US Naval Commander stationed in Panama at the time.
We know that the same issue is of no interest whatsoever to liberals, when concerning Barack Obama.
We know that even if the COLB (Certificate of Live Birth) presented by Obama to demonstrate his status as a “natural born citizen,‚” is not a forgery as it has been alleged to be by document authentication experts, it still does not prove where Obama was born as it provides none of the key “witness to the birth‚” information only available on a true long form birth certificate.
We know that Obama family members have signed a legal affidavit stating that they were present at Obama’s birth, in Kenya.
We know that Hawaii had a practice of issuing COLBs to children known to be born outside of the US.
We know that Barack Obama’s stated father, Barack Obama Sr. was NOT a US citizen. So even if Jr. was born in Hawaii, he would still not qualify as one without “dual loyalties‚” as the son of a Kenyan British subject.

We know that Barack Jr. was adopted by Lolo Soetoro, a citizen of Indonesia, and attended school in Jakarta registered as a Muslim citizen of Indonesia, which was only possible as the adopted son of Soetoro and legal citizen of Indonesia, which at the time did not allow dual citizenship with the US.

We know that Barack Jr. remained the legal adopted son of Soetoro at least until his mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, filed for divorce on June 15, 1980, when she listed Barack as the son of both her and Lolo Soetoro, then over the age of 18, but still dependent upon both parties in the divorce, for his continuing education. Since Barack Jr. entered college at Occidental in the fall of 1979 and remained at Occidental until the spring of 1981, we know that he must have entered Occidental under the name Barry Soetoro, the name used since his adoption in Indonesia.
We know that Occidental has stated that - “Neither Obama’s image nor name appear in any Occidental yearbooks or weekly student newspaper for the years he attended,‚” Which means that there is NO hard public evidence which proves that Barack Obama ever attended Occidental College. Likely because they had him as Barry Soetoro… a legal citizen of Indonesia, which is how his mother identified him in her 1980 divorce filing. [3]
We know that he traveled to Pakistan with a college acquaintance during the same time frame, a trip not possible on a US passport at the time, as Pakistan was off-limits to US travelers on a US passport.
We know that to reconstitute himself as a citizen of the US after becoming a citizen of Indonesia, he would have had to do so through the standard naturalization process, no evidence of which seems to exist.
We know that his mother was an employee of the US government, specifically USAID, the US Agency for International Development, a government agency providing US economic and humanitarian assistance worldwide for more than 40 years, which paid for her four bedroom home in Hawaii, and two live-in domestic servants. We know that she met Barack’s alleged father in a Russian Language class, immediately after leaving High School.
We know that his connections to anti-American evil-doers like domestic terrorist Bill Ayers, the Black Nationalist racist Rev. Wright, Saudi Royal Family international front-man Dr. Khalid al-Mansour (aka Don Warden), Chicago thug Tony Rezko, Communist Frank Marshall Davis and many others, spans beyond his life and into that of his mother’s.
We know that Obama has thus far spent approximately $1 million in cold cash to keep his birth, college and passport records sealed, Top Secret.
We know that Article II—Section I of the Constitution means exactly what it says or the Constitution means absolutely nothing at all to any American.
We know that no matter how you come at the subject, there is more than ample evidence to justify a full blown investigation into just who and what Barack Hussein Obama really is, but that not one major news agency, not one US court, and not one member of the US Congress wants to touch this thing with a ten foot pole.

Now these are not things we think, but things we know. The implications are obvious, but the official answers remain locked up with Obama’s entire past.

On the basis of all that we know, we also know that Commander Walter Fitzpatrick is never going to be charged with mutiny for charging a sitting president with the high crime of “treason.‚” We know this because charging Commander Fitzpatrick with mutiny would open up all of these Obama files and many more, to discovery.

Ridiculed, his character assassinated, he and his friends interrogated and intimidated by Secret Service or FBI agents, called a “crazy‚” by incompetent reporters like Shep Smith and his boy friend Cooper Anderson, sure…. But charged with any form of a crime that would open Obama up to full discovery…. never!

Where that leaves us…

Since adequate evidence exists to support Commander Fitzpatrick’s case against Obama, the implication is that Obama is indeed guilty of “treason‚” just as Fitzpatrick has charged. Obama can’t defend against the charges without opening the files he has spent a millions bucks to keep sealed.

Along with Citizen Grand Jury indictments and civil suits, individual criminal charges of treason against Obama are being filed across the country and sooner or later, by sheer critical mass alone, everyone is going to get the truth about who and what Barack Hussein Obama really is…

The man had a blank resume, a laundry list of evil associates, a past more secret than your average CIA agent, nothing on his resume that screams “leader‚” of anything, and after an uneventful freshman year as a US Senator, managed to become President of the United States.

He ran for office as a “moderate‚” but has governed like a Marxist third world dictator since before the counting was finished last November. It is only a matter of time before the cat is out of the bag and Obama can surely feel the walls closing in by now.

Apparently, the Arab controllers (the strings behind the majority stock holders) have muted the voices of Fox TV News’s Bill O’Reilly, Sean Hannity, Glenn Beck, and others; so we have heard hardly a peep on the Obama birth certificate issue from them. Barack Obama, after all, is the Arabs' Muslim Trojan Horse installed in the White House for their special purposes. For cover, however, they allow these popular TV puppets to condemn Muslim Terrorist actions in general—and espouse other conservative issues—but hardly ever allow them to touch the Obama Birth Certificate Issue. The truth about the impostor could cause their whole Anti-American house of cards in Washington to come tumbling down.

Some powerful people (perhaps George Soros and his gang) also hold tight reins in the radio rantings of Sean Hannity, Glenn Beck, and Rush Limbaugh who say little about the Obama birth certificate issue there. Since the issue has hardly come up for discussion on their radio shows, millions of their callers addressing the Obama birth certificate issue must have been screened out by now—along with the countless unexpected comments on the issue that have been deleted by their trusty time-delay machines. The renegade Lou Dobbs apparently slipped the Muslim controllers’ reins, threw the bit, and spit out the Obama birth certificate issue on CNN's desk; but he paid a big price for his disobedience. Despite Lou's honesty and openness on the birth certificate issue, Barack Obama (AKA Barry Soetoro), who still could not easily pass a security clearance investigation to serve in any low-level government position, let alone that of President of the United States of America, happily continues his presidential masquerade unabated. No school would hire him to teach children or to work even as a janitor. No business would risk hiring him to operate a forklift. Nevertheless, below we witness the usurper pretentiously signing an executive order closing the prison at Guantanamo Bay, Thursday, Jan. 22, 2009, in the Oval Office of the White House in Washington. Why? How can American voters allow this to be?

But if we truly have a Trojan Horse in our midst, this treacherous impostor probably won't graciously act accordingly. This was revealed in Obama's words near the end of his State of the Union address on January 27, 2010—when he uttered, "I don't quit!" After all, no worthwhile virus that distributes nearly $2,000,000 dollars in legal fees to hide his birth certificate is going to surrender easily.

“As the Tea Party Express rolls across the country, drawing crowds of thousands at every stop, a golden lesson has dropped in their laps from above,” wrote Kyle-Anne Shiver on April 15, 2010.

“This priceless gem was delivered by David Axelrod as he did an ObamaCare post-passage interview on the Democrats’ blitzkrieg strategy. Just hours after the House vote, Axelrod gave an interview to the Huffington Post (one of Axelrod’s sons is an editor), and he let his guard down enough to gift all Americans with a glimpse into the true soul of this administration.

“Speaking of inside-the-White-House deliberations in the immediate aftermath of the Scott Brown victory, Axelrod noted:

‘Some of the steam went out of the opposition after that [Brown’s victory]. … I think that people felt like they had made a statement. Perhaps they felt like they had killed health care reform … They thought the fight was over. And that [the president] couldn’t now succeed. I do believe that. And it is almost as if they had made the statement that they thought they had stopped the thing. And so it created a breathing space for us to regroup.’

“In this brief moment of candor lies the most crucial enlightenment the people are going to get from this administration: – Barack Obama considers this a revolution against the pillars of American liberty, and nothing short of absolute, ignominious defeat in all branches of the federal government is going to dissuade his revolutionary zeal. Tea partiers winning a battle here and there is a pesky thorn in his side — nothing more. Barack Obama has declared this a fight to the very end. . . .”

And even a reward of $25,000,000 has not moved Barack Hussein Obama (AKA Barry Soetoro)—America's Trojan Horse—to hand over his “real” long-form birth certificate. Only a brain-dead idiot would believe this presidential virus has nothing to hide. Most Americans are not that damn dumb!

Nevertheless, we are still facing "the greatest crisis this nation has even seen," avows Alan Keyes in his YouTube Video. " This is insanity. It's as if we have put insane children and adolescents in charge of our government." By following the wisdom of Dr. Keyes, we can begin to resolve "the greatest crisis" facing Americans today—by NOT addressing Obama as "President" until the African virus produces his birth certificate and other credentials. In the meantime—calling him "Usurper Obama" would be much more appropriate.

Obama Birth Certificate Problem News:

NBC's Jim Miklaszewski and Mark Murray reported on April 13, 2010 that the U.S. Army will court martial Lt. Col. Lakin since he refuses to deploy to Afghanistan because he considers orders from Obama to be “illegal.” Lakin showed up at the Pentagon, where he was confronted by his brigade Commander Col. Gordon Roberts who informed him that he would face court martial, and his Pentagon building pass and government laptop computer were seized.

Drew Zahn of the WorldNetDaily reported in a post of April 11, 2010 that "A Kenyan lawmaker told the nation's parliament last month that Barack Obama was born in Africa and is therefore "not even a native American."

"If America was living in a situation where they feared ethnicity and did not see itself as a multiparty state or nation," Orengo posited, "how could a young man born here in Kenya, who is not even a native American, become the president of America?" Zahn went on the following day to recall that "On the floor of the Kenyan National Assembly the day after Barack Obama was elected U.S. president, members of the African country's parliament celebrated 'a Kenyan ruling the USA,' calling Obama 'a son of the soil of this country.'"

But that is not all. Apparently, our government officials knew well in advance, even when Barack Obama (AKA Barry Soetoro) was running for the U. S. Senate that he was not a native born citizen, and idly stood by, along with money-conscious Fox, Limbaugh, Hannity, Beck, and the rest while the naive Americans voted a usurper in office as our U. S. President. They have allowed our Constitution to be walked all over and have hardly spoken up because they are afraid of George Soros and love the almighty dollar—which might soon be worthless, a fitting payoff for their silence on this important issue.

In a Friday, April 09, 2010 post of an article (12/3/09) by John Charlton, The Post & Email reported that in 1980, according to the testimony made to the marine pictured below, Obama admitted to him that he was born in Mombasa, Kenya.

The latest in a brave lineup of conscientious active-duty American servicemen and women to challenge Barack Hussein Obama's authority as Commander-in-Chief is Lt. Col. Terry Lakin, an Army physician. This active-duty field-grade officer has refused to obey any orders from his commanding officers—including President Obama—until Obama produces his birth certificate.

“Any reasonable person looking critically at the evidence currently in the public domain would have questions about President Obama's claim to be a natural born citizen,” Lakin says in a video [above] released by the American Patriot Foundation. “I will disobey my orders to deploy [to Afghanistan] because I, and I believe all servicemen and women and the American people, deserve the truth about President Obama's constitutional eligibility to the office of the presidency and the commander in chief.”

Lakin says this marks the first time during his 18 years in the Army that he has chosen to disobey “what I believe are illegal orders.”

Below (cropped, broken into three sections, and tinted for easier readability on this page) is a copy of a two-page letter from Colonel Lakin to the occupant of the White House concerning the question of his “natural born” citizen status and the right for Obama to issue orders as the United States' Commander-in-Chief.

Obama will not be able to simply cancel Lakin's orders to Afghanistan (as he conveniently did for Major Cook, a reserve officer) to prevent the decorated Colonel's court-martial—which would probably require disclosure of a certified copy of Obama's legitimate birth certificate and other qualifications for him to sit in the Oval Office as Commander-in-Chief. Lt. Col. Lakin seems intent on not obeying “ANY military orders,” which, if followed up, would put his commander between a rock and a hard place. If he then fails to court-martial Lakin, Obama would get off the hook; but the rest of the military would get a green light to follow suit. Eventually then, Obama would have nobody to command. It should be interesting to follow this story and see what cunning solution his advisors will conjure up to hide Obama's birth certificate this time.

Lakin, a Greeley, Colorado native who now works as a flight surgeon at a clinic in the Pentagon, received word on April 5th from his brigade commander warning him he faced court marshal and time in prison. Nevertheless, placing our Constitution and the welfare of the American people above the consequences of this warning, Lakin bravely continues with his challenge to Obama's “natural born citizen” status—a Constitutional requirement to serve as a United States President and Commander-in-Chief.

“Forget the dispute over the ‘natural born citizen’ requirement of the U.S. Constitution for presidents,” writes Bob Unruh of WorldNetDaily. “Barack Obama may not even be a ‘citizen,’ according to a new filing in a long-running legal challenge to his eligibility to occupy the Oval Office.”

Furthermore, in “Obama birth certificate issue more urgent than ever,”—a long and quite enlightening article just written by Joan Swirsky—she made many more important points that demand the attention of all conscious American voters. Here is another:

“To this day, Obama has failed to produce proof that he was born in the United States and that he is a natural-born American citizen, one of only three absolute requirements in the U.S. Constitution to become President of the United States. In fact, if Obama is not a natural-born American citizen, he is acting as president under false pretenses, which de facto makes every statement he has made as the usurper POTUS, every bill he has signed, every czar he has appointed, every act, proclamation, signing statement, executive order, and law, et al, fraudulent, illegal, and therefore null and void—including this unconstitutional healthcare so-called reform bill.”

IMPORTANT NOTE: The Globe, a widely circulated national magazine, in its July 12, 2010 issue has now taken issue with Obama’s eligibility to serve as U. S. President and Commander-in-Chief. According to WND: The Globe published comments from someone it referred to as a “Beltway insider” who noted, “This is huge, and it's got a lot of people in Washington worried. If these comments turn out to be the smoking gun everyone has been talking about from the beginning, Obama will have some very serious problems on his hands.”
