The Archangel , impressed by God's work, then pointed to a land area and said, "What's that one?"
"That's West Virginia , the most glorious place on earth. There are beautiful mountains, rivers and streams, lakes, forests, hills, and plains. The people from West Virginia are going to be handsome, modest, intelligent, and humorous, and they are going to travel the world. They will be extremely sociable, hardworking, high achieving, carriers of peace, and producers of good things"
Michael gasped in wonder and admiration, but then asked, "But what about balance, God? You said there would be balance...."
God smiled, "Right next to West Virginia is Washington , DC . Wait till you see the idiots I put there."
Parkersburg West Virginia energetically but peacefully demonstrated on its first—but hardly last—Tax-Day Tea Party like hundreds of other communities across the United States on April 15, 2009.
The cold, rainy weather and Parkersburg’s overcast skies matched the dismal looks on the faces of depressed demonstrators.
Nevertheless, hundreds of concerned Wood County residents, old men and women, workers on their lunch hour, and little children showed up to express their disappointment in the ruthless wasting of billions of their hard-earned tax dollars with big bankers, the auto industry, and Wall Street by Obama and his reckless minions in Congress anyway. Now that you have listened to the song, I should point out that the crowd would have been much larger at the Parkersburg, West Virginia Tea Party of the 15th of April 2009 had the weather been better, but those who attended sent adequate messages to their new president and so-called representatives in Congress.

These photographs that I took on this memorable day should describe their revolutionary feelings much better than my words. However, I could not refrain from expressing my opinions with occasional comments in bracketed notes beneath the pictures.
I made it to the Parkersburg Tea Party a little late on July 4, 2009, but I will share the few pictures I did manage to take at the closing scene, with only a remnant of the attendance that was estimated to have been around 600 local citizens.

Are they too damn dumb to ask or just totally corrupt, along with our courts, which continue to ignore Obama's birth-certificate question as frivolous?
I suppose our elected so-called Representatives, along with the fox masquerading as a U. S. President, think our U. S. Constitution is frivolous and needs to be torn up.
WorldNetDaily has launched a new billboard campaign across the country questioning President Obama’s eligibility to serve in the highest office in the land. According to a WND.com spokesman:
"As Obama transforms this country from self-governing constitutional republic to one governed by a central ruling elite, the simple fact remains that no controlling legal authority has established that he is indeed a ‘natural born citizen’ as the Constitution requires. Obama’s promises of transparency have become a bad joke as he continues to hide simple, innocuous documents like his birth certificate and his student records."
Billboards will be soon seen in Los Angeles, Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Sacramento, San Francisco, New York-New Jersey, Des Moines, Seattle and other metro areas.
They have already appeared along a heavily traveled Colorado Interstate Highway and even in downtown Atlanta, Georgia.
The WorldNetDaily reports and billboards above make up a little for the failure of the main-stream American media except for the likes of Fox News to report on the latest challenges to the legitimacy of the Obama administration for nearly a year now, although radio shows such as Coast to Coast, Michael Savage, Roger Hedgecock, Rick Roberts, Jerry Doyle, and several others have brought up the subject, sometimes in long interviews with the challengers to his legitimacy.
Therefore, in case you missed the previous stories behind the charade and lack of progress in this important piece of news that has been neglected by most of the media for nearly two years now (March 8, 2010), I will briefly explain the problem and give you a little background here.
The United States Constitution requires that any president of the United States must be a "natural-born citizen." However, it appears that Barack Hussein Obama was born in Africa, according to the reported words of his grandmother before she died, which, if true, would disqualify him. A recording with her words to this effect is supposed to exist, and you can easily do more intensive research on the matter on the Internet or by listening to past interviews with Philip Berg on Coast to Coast, Michael Savage, and other talk-show programs that don't always bow down to big money.
Several months before the 2008 election took place, the former assistant Attorney General of Pennsylvania, Philip Berg, challenged the State of Hawaii and the U. S. courts for Obama’s birth certificate. The "Certificate of Live Birth" issued by the State of Hawaii and posted on the Internet during his election campaign is not a birth certificate, which would indicate the time and place of his birth, the delivery doctor, his parents, etc. Berg, along with Dr. Orly Taitz and others, is convinced that Obama was likely NOT born in Democrat Hawaii, which continuously fails to produce a valid birth certificate. This courageous and highly respected lawyer believes there is a good possibility that Obama was born in Kenya, in Africa. So the Muslim mulatto, who was later a citizen of Indonesia, was not qualified for the U.S. presidency on these and other counts that relegate him to a naturalized-citizen status, according to U. S. laws at the time.
However, a U.S. appellate court ruled that Berg had “no standing.” Of course, this seems to be a ridiculous ruling against a renowned lawyer and legal official of such an honorable standing in the great state of Pennsylvania. If this renowned Democrat, who claims to have acted not for money but for concern and for protection of our United States Constitution, has no standing, then none of us common folk do. Senator John McCain, the Republican candidate for U. S. President, could have picked up the gauntlet but failed to grab the opportunity for unknown reasons. His lack of action remained even after congressional hearings had been held to determine whether he was constitutionally eligible to be president as a "natural born citizen." No such congressional hearings were ever sought to verify Obama's claim to a Hawaiian birth. This hardly seems fair, but apparently McCain was cowed into remaining silent on the issue or wasn't serious about winning the election after all.
Berg then took his challenge to the Supreme Court of the United States and motioned the Court for an injunction to stay the U. S. presidential election of 2008 until the case was decided but the Court denied it. The justices in this corrupt political body meandered for months before finally refusing to issue the injunction or hear the case—even after lawyers in New Jersey also challenged Obama’s presidential legitimacy on somewhat different grounds.
With the aid of the Supreme Court's negligence, Obama was thereafter elected, no doubt, by a majority of about two per cent of American voters
—if we include the millions of illegal aliens living off this country's taxpayers and the dead people who voted,
those resurrected and registered by ACORN, the corrupt organization. An acorn doesn't fall far from the tree.
And since the Electoral College failed to challenge his credentials, the Muslim mulatto arrogantly assumed the U. S. presidency, and is ruling this country in a dictatorial manner like foreign-born Adolf Hitler once ruled Nazi Germany.
Since then, he has spent money like a drunken sailor, and the question of the legitimacy of his holding the office of President of the United States has still failed to have been adequately answered and has escaped much American attention.
However, our fighting men and women in the U. S. Military may be successful in bringing about an appropriate judicial reply to the question of Obama credetentials if our soldiers begin to refuse to obey a Commander-in-Chief whom they have reason to believe under our United States Constitution is illegitimate and thereby is issuing unlawful orders. Furthermore, if Obama is not a native-born U. S. citizen, soldiers fighting in Afghanistan and Iraq would currently be acting in violation of international law by engaging in military actions outside the United States under an illegal President's commands—thereby subjecting themselves to possible prosecution as war criminals. So, a military court challenge, indeed, seems to be an appropriate avenue to protect our fighting men and to get some mainline news media attention.
Since I posted this short commentary, several actions addressing this issue have been taken by Army Major Stefan F. Cook and others.
You may get the details on the Cook/Taitz challenge in the U. S. courts for Obama to show his birth certificate, so this combat veteran knows he is now following lawfully-issued orders by a legitimate Commander-in-Chief, on the Internet. Periodically check with WorldNetDaily for upadates.
What’s perhaps as important as the birth certificate issue is the bankruptucy of this country, resulting from all that Obama and his Washington cronies have stolen from American tax payers through his ruthless printing of money, spending, and tax policies. Furthermore, if the truth finally comes out, all his actions and bill signings may become moot.
If so, the known as well as the unidentified fat cats who got the Obama bailout money might have to give the American people their money back—after the apparent usurper is kicked out of the White House and hopefully punished for treason.
After leaving Independence Hall a woman was reported to have asked U. S. Founding Father Benjamin Franklin what type of government we have. He is reported to have replied, “a republic Madame, if we can keep it.”
If we don’t hang together and attend these Tea Parties to stop our Republic's ruthless destruction with taxing and spending—we won’t keep it and we’ll all eventually hang separately.

To note just one example of "Taxation with Foolish Distribution"—among many other injustices heaped on hard-working, tax-paying Americans by the U. S. Government—a Florida Emergency Room doctor recently reported:
"I live and work in a state overrun with illegals. They make more money having kids than we earn working full-time. Today I had a 25-year old with 8 kids—that’s right 8; all illegal anchor babies and she had the nicest nails, cell phone, hand bag, clothing, etc. She makes about $1,500 monthly for each; you do the math. I used to say, 'We are the dumbest nation on earth.' Now I must say and sadly admit: WE are the dumbest people on earth (that includes ME) for we elected the idiot ideologues who have passed the bills that allow this. Sorry, but we need a revolution. Vote them all out in 2010. "
The patriot at the Parkersburg Tea Party in my photograph below is sending our government the right message.

Nevertheless, Obama has ignored those paltry people and their protest signs, and the pseudo star has focused on his failing movie career instead.
So after reading this slick little Southern story about the ingenuity of Curtis and Leroy, he hired them to bailout some of his notorious films:
Curtis & Leroy saw an ad in the Putnam County News Newspaper in Eatonton, GA. and bought a mule for $100.
The farmer agreed to deliver the mule the next day.
The next morning the farmer drove up and said, “Sorry, fellows, I have some bad news, the mule died last night.”
Curtis &Leroy replied, “Well, then just give us our money back.”
The farmer said, “Can't do that. I went and spent it already.”
They said, “OK then, just bring us the dead mule.”
The farmer asked, “What in the world ya'll gonna do with a dead mule?”
Curtis said, “We gonna raffle him off.”
The farmer said, “You can't raffle off a dead mule!”
Leroy said, “We shore can! Heck, we don't hafta tell nobody he's dead!”
A couple of weeks later, the farmer ran into Curtis & Leroy at the Piggly Wiggly grocery store and asked . . .
“What'd you fellers ever do with that dead mule?”
They said, “We raffled him off like we said we wuz gonna do.”
Leroy said, “Shucks, we sold 500 tickets fer two dollars apiece and made a profit of $898.”
The farmer said, “My Lord, didn't anyone complain?”
Curtis said, “Well, the feller who won got upset. So we gave him his two dollars back.”
Curtis and Leroy now work for the government.

Harry Truman was a different kind of President. He probably made as many or more important decisions regarding our nation's history as any of the other 32 Presidents preceding him. However, a measure of his greatness may rest on what he did after he left the White House.
The only asset he had when he died was the house he lived in, which was in Independence Missouri. His wife had inherited the house from her mother and father and other than their years in the White House, they lived their entire lives there.
When he retired from office in 1952, his income was a U.S. Army pension reported to have been $13,507.72 a year. Congress, noting that he was paying for his stamps and personally licking them, granted him an 'allowance' and later a retroactive pension of $25,000 per year.
After President Eisenhower was inaugurated, Harry and Bess drove home to Missouri by themselves. There was no Secret Service following them.
When offered corporate positions at large salaries, he declined, stating, "You don't want me. You want the office of the President, and that doesn't belong to me. It belongs to the American people, and it's not for sale."
Even later, on May 6, 1971, when Congress was preparing to award him the Medal of Honor on his 87th birthday, he refused to accept it, writing, "I don't consider that I have done anything which should be the reason for any award, Congressional, or otherwise."
As president he paid for all of his own travel expenses and food.
Modern politicians have found a new level of success in cashing in on the Presidency, resulting in untold wealth. Today, many in Congress also have found a way to become quite wealthy while enjoying the fruits of their offices. Political offices are now for sale. (sic. Illinois )

In a move certain to fuel the debate over Obama's qualifications for the presidency, the group
"Americans for Freedom of Information" has released copies of President Obama's college transcripts
from Occidental College.
Released today, the transcript indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro,
received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as an undergraduate at the school.
The transcript was released by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought
by the group in the Superior Court of California.
The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a
fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program.
To qualify, for the scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship.
This document would seem to provide the smoking gun that many of Obama's detractors have been seeking.
Along with the evidence that he was first born in Kenya and there is no record of him ever applying for US
citizenship, this is looking pretty grim.
The news has created a firestorm at the White House as the release casts increasing doubt about
Obama's legitimacy and qualification to serve as president.
When reached for comment in London , where he has been in meetings with British Prime
Minister Gordon Brown, Obama smiled but refused comment on the issue.
Britain 's Daily Mail has also carried the story in a front-page article titled, "Obama Eligibility Questioned,"
leading some to speculate that the story may overshadow economic issues on Obama's first official visit
to the U.K.
In a related matter, under growing pressure from several groups, Justice Antonin Scalia announced
that the Supreme Court agreed on Tuesday to hear arguments concerning Obama's legal eligibility to serve as
President in a case brought by Leo Donofrio of New Jersey.
This lawsuit claims Obama's dual citizenship disqualified him from serving as president.
Donofrio's case is just one of 18 suits brought by citizens demanding proof of Obama's citizenship or qualifications to
serve as president.
Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation has released the results of their investigation of
Obama's campaign spending.
This study estimates that Obama has spent upwards of $950,000 in campaign funds in the past year with eleven law
firms in 12 states for legal resources to block disclosure of any of his personal records.
Mr. Kreep indicated that the investigation is still on-going but that the final report will be provided to the
U.S. attorney general, Eric Holder.
Mr. Holder has refused to comment on the matter.

The following is a conversatation reported to have taken place between a law enforcement officer and a farmer after a report that Air Force One had crashed in the middle of rural America. Panic stricken, the local sheriff mobilized and descended in force on a nearby farm, the reported crash scene.
When they got there, the disaster was clear. The aircraft was totally destroyed with only a burned hulk left smoldering in a tree line that bordered the farm. The sheriff and his men entered the smoking mess but could find no remains of anyone, including the President.
They spotted a lone farmer plowing a field not too far away as if nothing at all happened. They hurried over to the man's tractor. "Hank," the sheriff yelled, panting and out of breath. "Did you see this terrible accident happen?"
"Yep. Sure did." The farmer mumbled unconcernedly, cutting off his motor. "Do you realize that is the airplane of the President of the United States?" "Yep." "Were there any survivors?" "Nope. They's all kilt straight out" the farmer answered. "I done buried them all myself. Took me most of the morning.."
"President Obama is dead?" the sheriff shouted.
"Well," the farmer grumbled, restarting his tractor.
"He kept a-saying he wasn't ... but you know what a liar he is."

On a lighter note, the picture of the hearse above reminds me of an old friend and fellow radio engineer, Bob Lenio by name.
When I was working for Sally V. Hawkins at WILM NewsRadio and living in my house near Wilmington, Delaware, he used to come over from New Jersey and visit me in a hearse that looked a lot like this one—without such signs! He bought the old clunker somewhere, and it looked about as sharp outside.
He always parked it in my driveway and sometimes would even stay all night, if we got to drinking and bullshitting too long. The next day, he'd leave early in the morning to get back to work, but his visits always put me in an awkward situation, when the neighbors came over immediately after he left to ask me, "Who died?"

On June 10, 2009, I released a column titled “Is Obama Guilty of Treason?‚” - That column details the criminal charges of “treason‚” filed against President Barack Hussein Obama, by Retired Naval Commander Walter Fitzpatrick III in March of 2009. [1]
Commander Fitzpatrick is a retired career Naval Officer who has served his country with great honor and distinction and continues to today. An Eagle Scout of 40 years, the son of Captain Fitzpatrick - Naval Medical Officer, a graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas and Villanova Preparatory School in California…—“Walter enlisted in the Navy in 1969 directly after graduating Villanova. After boot camp at Great Lakes Naval Training Center, Walter attended the Naval Academy Preparatory School in Bainbridge, MD. After one year he entered the U.S. Naval Academy. He graduated with the Class of 1975 with top military honors.‚”—From Commander Fitzpatrick’s Official Bio.
Stand Commander Fitzpatrick’s resumé next to that of Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi or Harry Reid, or most any other American for that matter, and tell me who you trust to tell the truth? We all know the motives of politicians, money and power. But what does Commander Fitzpatrick stand to gain from his recent actions?
In my last column I point out the simple fact that one of two things is definitely true… Either Mr. Obama is indeed guilty of “treason‚” as the Commander has charged; (or) the good Commander in guilty of mutiny solely on the basis of accusing a sitting Commander-in-Chief with the high crime of “treason.”
However, in order to be guilty of mutiny, Commander Fitzpatrick’s charges would have to be proven false. In order to be proven false, Obama’s secret files would have to be opened up for discovery, which explains why Obama has not charged the Commander with mutiny. Any defensive legal action on Obama’s part will result in “discovery‚” of the events and facts involved, and that is the last thing Obama wants at this point…
So instead of a legal defense, every effort will be made to defeat Commander Fitzpatrick in the court of public opinion, by attacking his character, a standard operating procedure of the left. Unlike a court of law, in the court of public opinion, judgments are made on the basis of the most “popular‚” propaganda, without any regard for truth or facts.
EXAMPLE: - Following the lead of his leftist friends at the alphabet networks, FOX News anchor Shepard Smith recently looked to capitalize on the alleged white supremacist [James von Brunn] shooting of a security guard at the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum by using a “guilt by association‚” attack on anyone trying to uphold the US Constitution, specifically Article II—Section I.
Two American soldiers were gunned down in Little Rock by an American born and recruited Muslim Jihadist, and the press including Smith, couldn’t care less. No member of the press used the incident to incite anger towards or fear of American Jihadists.
But one nutty old anti-Semitic crackpot shoots a security guard out of pure hate towards Jews and Christians alike, and Shep Smith chose to paint every American constitutionalist a James von Brunn, stating—“these kinds of crazed conspiracies whether they’re about the president, or we’re hearing things like FEMA setting up camps to round up Americans and put them in. I’m getting bad sort of deja-vu from the 1990s when anti-government militias were on the rise, when Tim McVeigh committed that [bombing] in Oklahoma City and I really am hoping that we’re not going through a repeat of that.‚”
By “these kinds of crazies,‚” Smith was not referring to von Brunn, but rather to “Americans challenging the eligibility of Barack Obama to hold the office of president,‚” which he boldly labels “crazies,‚” stating unequivocally that “there is no truth whatsoever to the suggestion Obama is not a “natural born citizen.‚”
As if a well-known forgone conclusion to in-depth investigative efforts which have never taken place, Lord Shep casually proclaimed Obama’s constitutional eligibility a dead issue, completely ignoring all related facts and millions of Americans deeply concerned with what is happening to their beloved Constitution, not to mention their Representative Republic.
Despite Shepard Smith’s baseless proclamation, there are some very disturbing facts on the subject as well as some very interesting evidence to suggest that Smith might actually be the one who is “crazy!‚”
What do we know for Certain?
- We know that Article II—Section I of the US Constitution was very important to liberals when they challenged John McCain’s eligibility for POTUS on the basis that he was born in Panama, albeit on a US Naval base in Panama, to a well regarded US Naval Commander stationed in Panama at the time.
- We know that the same issue is of no interest whatsoever to liberals, when concerning Barack Obama.
- We know that even if the COLB (Certificate of Live Birth) presented by Obama to demonstrate his status as a “natural born citizen,‚” is not a forgery as it has been alleged to be by document authentication experts, it still does not prove where Obama was born as it provides none of the key “witness to the birth‚” information only available on a true long form birth certificate.
- We know that Obama family members have signed a legal affidavit stating that they were present at Obama’s birth, in Kenya.
- We know that Hawaii had a practice of issuing COLBs to children known to be born outside of the US.
- We know that Barack Obama’s stated father, Barack Obama Sr. was NOT a US citizen. So even if Jr. was born in Hawaii, he would still not qualify as one without “dual loyalties‚” as the son of a Kenyan British subject.
- We know that Barack Jr. was adopted by Lolo Soetoro, a citizen of Indonesia, and attended school in Jakarta registered as a Muslim citizen of Indonesia, which was only possible as the adopted son of Soetoro and legal citizen of Indonesia, which at the time did not allow dual citizenship with the US.
- We know that Barack Jr. remained the legal adopted son of Soetoro at least until his mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, filed for divorce on June 15, 1980, when she listed Barack as the son of both her and Lolo Soetoro, then over the age of 18, but still dependent upon both parties in the divorce, for his continuing education. - Since Barack Jr. entered college at Occidental in the fall of 1979 and remained at Occidental until the spring of 1981, we know that he must have entered Occidental under the name Barry Soetoro, the name used since his adoption in Indonesia.
- We know that Occidental has stated that - “Neither Obama’s image nor name appear in any Occidental yearbooks or weekly student newspaper for the years he attended,‚” Which means that there is NO hard public evidence which proves that Barack Obama ever attended Occidental College. Likely because they had him as Barry Soetoro… a legal citizen of Indonesia, which is how his mother identified him in her 1980 divorce filing. [3]
- We know that he traveled to Pakistan with a college acquaintance during the same time frame, a trip not possible on a US passport at the time, as Pakistan was off-limits to US travelers on a US passport.
- We know that to reconstitute himself as a citizen of the US after becoming a citizen of Indonesia, he would have had to do so through the standard naturalization process, no evidence of which seems to exist.
- We know that his mother was an employee of the US government, specifically USAID, the US Agency for International Development, a government agency providing US economic and humanitarian assistance worldwide for more than 40 years, which paid for her four bedroom home in Hawaii, and two live-in domestic servants. - We know that she met Barack’s alleged father in a Russian Language class, immediately after leaving High School.
- We know that his connections to anti-American evil-doers like domestic terrorist Bill Ayers, the Black Nationalist racist Rev. Wright, Saudi Royal Family international front-man Dr. Khalid al-Mansour (aka Don Warden), Chicago thug Tony Rezko, Communist Frank Marshall Davis and many others, spans beyond his life and into that of his mother’s.
- We know that Obama has thus far spent approximately $1 million in cold cash to keep his birth, college and passport records sealed, Top Secret.
- We know that Article II—Section I of the Constitution means exactly what it says or the Constitution means absolutely nothing at all to any American.
- We know that no matter how you come at the subject, there is more than ample evidence to justify a full blown investigation into just who and what Barack Hussein Obama really is, but that not one major news agency, not one US court, and not one member of the US Congress wants to touch this thing with a ten foot pole.
Now these are not things we think, but things we know. The implications are obvious, but the official answers remain locked up with Obama’s entire past.
On the basis of all that we know, we also know that Commander Walter Fitzpatrick is never going to be charged with mutiny for charging a sitting president with the high crime of “treason.‚” We know this because charging Commander Fitzpatrick with mutiny would open up all of these Obama files and many more, to discovery.
Ridiculed, his character assassinated, he and his friends interrogated and intimidated by Secret Service or FBI agents, called a “crazy‚” by incompetent reporters like Shep Smith and his boy friend Cooper Anderson, sure…. But charged with any form of a crime that would open Obama up to full discovery…. never!
Where that leaves us…
Since adequate evidence exists to support Commander Fitzpatrick’s case against Obama, the implication is that Obama is indeed guilty of “treason‚” just as Fitzpatrick has charged. Obama can’t defend against the charges without opening the files he has spent a millions bucks to keep sealed.
Along with Citizen Grand Jury indictments and civil suits, individual criminal charges of treason against Obama are being filed across the country and sooner or later, by sheer critical mass alone, everyone is going to get the truth about who and what Barack Hussein Obama really is…
The man had a blank resume, a laundry list of evil associates, a past more secret than your average CIA agent, nothing on his resume that screams “leader‚” of anything, and after an uneventful freshman year as a US Senator, managed to become President of the United States.
He ran for office as a “moderate‚” but has governed like a Marxist third world dictator since before the counting was finished last November. It is only a matter of time before the cat is out of the bag and Obama can surely feel the walls closing in by now.

If so, why didn’t he then (or even now) just simply produce a valid copy of his birth certificate to help discredit and dissolve “that core group”—to use Barack’s own words? The Trojan Horse Virus (apparent usurper) has preferred instead to spend nearly $2,000,000 of taxpayers’ money for so many lawyers in U.S. courts to hide from public view the legitimately questioned authority for him to sit in our President’s chair.
Latest Obama Birth Certificate News:
The latest in an outstanding lineup of conciencious American servicemen and women to challenge Barack Hussein Obama's authority as Commander-in-Chief is Lt. Col. Terry Lakin, an Army physician. This field-grade officer has refused to obey any orders from his commanding officers—including President Obama—until Obama produces his birth certificate.
“Any reasonable person looking critically at the evidence currently in the public domain would have questions about President Obama's claim to be a natural born citizen,” Lakin says in a video released by the American Patriot Foundation. “I will disobey my orders to deploy [to Afghanistan] because I, and I believe all servicemen and women and the American people, deserve the truth about President Obama's constitutional eligibility to the office of the presidency and the commander in chief.”
Lakin says this marks the first time during his 18 years in the Army that he has chosen to disobey “what I believe are illegal orders.”
Above are some suggestive pictures and an interesting link for those who seek an alternative solution to Barack Hussein Obama's mysterious past and qualifications to sit in the President's Chair. However, it is highly unlikely that this theory has any genuine basis since the Kenyan Amabassador admitted that Obama was born in Kenya, Obama is reported by The Post & Email to have admitted it himself, and Michelle Obama has confirmed in a video that Barack's home country is in Kenya. "Loose lips sink ships" is an old World War II saying, so let's hope that the ambassador's and Michelle's will eventually sink Barack Hussein Obama—and the instructions in our Constitution regarding presidential qualifications will be respected.
Colonel Lakin mentions the Kenyan ambassador's testimony and even the statement by his maternal grandmother that he was born in Mombasa, Kenya in an official correspondence. Below is a copy of his letter to the occupant of the White House concerning these points and the question of his “natural born” citizen status and the right for Obama to issue orders as the United States' Commander-in-Chief.
Once Obama releases his real birth certificate failing to prove he is a natural born American citizen, the type of citizenship the Constitution requires to assume the U. S. Presidency, then every bill he has signed, every czar he has appointed, every act, proclamation, signing statement, executive order, and law, et al will be fraudulent, illegal, and therefore null and void—including ObamaCare!
Oh what a relief this will be to concerned Americans—especially to the fellow who wrote this letter to Army spokesman Chuck Dasey in regard to the case of Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin:
Dear Mr. Dasey,
With all due respect, sir, may I suggest that rather than investigating Lt. Col. Lakin, an honorable, patriotic officer, who was required to show his birth certificate before deployment, you investigate Barack Obama (aka Barry Soetoro), who, to date, has refused to produce his.
When I enlisted in 1963, I had to produce my long form birth certificate. You did, too. Why, then, does this standard not apply to the man acting as Commander in Chief?
Barack Obama’s first official act after taking office was to sign an executive order sealing virtually ALL of his records and documents that might shed light on who and what he truly is. I ask you sir, would a man with nothing to hide do such a thing?
Recently, a video has surfaced in which Michelle Obama herself stated that Kenya is Barack Obama’s homeland. Even more recently, The Kenyan Parliament (on page 31 of the Minutes) stated that Barack Obama is Kenyan-born.
The U.S. Constitution clearly states in Article II, Section 1, paragraph 5, that no person, except a natural born Citizen of the United States of America shall hold the office of President. That exempts Barack Obama.
Mr. Dasey, you swore an oath to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, both foreign and domestic. I doubt that oath has an expiration date. Isn’t it about time the military started honoring that oath? I beg of you… do not investigate Lt. Col. Lakin. Instead, investigate the man who truly needs investigating… Barack Hussein Obama.
